7 of 59 : Lake Clark National Park

On day 7 of our lead up to the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service (August 25th, 2016), we take you back to our 7th National Park, Lake Clark.

Lake Clark is over 4-million acres in size, yet there are only about 10-miles of hiking trails. The rest is choose your own adventure. We hiked, bushwacked, slept next to a beautiful lake, caught lake trout for dinner and slept on beds next to a dirt runway.

If ever you catch a fish and want to take a picture, extend your arms as far as your body from your body as possible. It makes it look bigger.
