Olympic is a place that is near and dear to my heart. My dad was a summer time ranger there when I was a kid, so we would go up and visit and do the tide pool walk on Rialto Beach with him. It is an incredibly diverse park, you have the intertidal beach zone, the temperate rainforest that gets 14-feet of rain per year, and the mountains. Any amount of time spent in Olympic is never enough. There is always more to see, more to explore, and more to get rained on.
